I am featured on A&E's Season 1's "50/50 Flip" as the Director of Marketing. The show aired in 2022, and I am a main cast member. You can watch it on Hulu. === Hey everybody! I'm C.C. and originally from the great city of Charleston, SC. Currently, I'm living in Charlotte, NC. I started wholesaling land almost exclusively back in 2015. I was able to leave my 9-5 job in 2016 and haven't looked back since. I have over 300 wholesaling transactions under my belt, which includes deals I've done exclusively with my company, JV deals, and working as a marketing director on behalf of investment companies. The part of the business that really resonates with me is the data and lead generation side of the house. I always found it fascinating that we can reach out to sellers individually through direct marketing and they would have an interest in selling even though you or I may not be a large company. That still is what drives me to this day and I'm always looking for creative ways to generate seller leads while keeping my cost per lead and deal relatively low.
