Aloha! I am a Father, Husband, Project Manager, Contractor, Investor who's currently investing in my home state of Hawai'i and looking into exploring opportunities out-of-state. I work full-time as a project manager for a large general contracting firm. I currently own one rental condo and a single family home as my primary residence.
