Commercial Real Estate Appraiser at Cushman & Wakefield, specializing in retail property. In addition to my work as an appraiser, I work as an adviser and partner for investors interested in investing in all types of property investments. Cameron has worked in the commercial real estate industry since 2014, when he began work as a Research Analyst in the Valuation & Advisory group at Cushman & Wakefield. As an analyst in the northwest region, Cameron assisted in the appraisal of commercial properties by researching regional markets, writing market overviews, and serving as a local specialist on real estate markets. Cameron was also previously employed as an Investment Sales Analyst at HFF, where he performed property due diligence, valuation, and developed marketing materials for the sale of institutional office and retail properties located in the Portland and Seattle markets.
