Husband and father of two kids. Moved to Greenville from Charlotte in 2018. Work in sales management in the packaging industry. Former commercial real estate broker out of college and sold $8M in investment property in first 1.5 years before the financial crisis in 2007 forced me to start a new career. Sold a rental property I owned in Savannah, GA in 2019. Pulled trigger on first flip house in Greenville in early Feb 2020, and exited (successfully) in September. Have done two additional flips since and currently have two rental houses and some land. Primary buying criteria: SFR, duplex, or triplex with strong value-add potential within 15 min drive of downtown Greenville for fix and flip, BRRRR, or buy and hold. Also interested in value add multifamily 10-60 units within 30 min of downtown Greenville. Work a very busy day job so tough to devote consistent time to real estate.
