I am an Aerospace Engineer more than halfway down the road to financial freedom. In 2013, the tools and knowledge shared on Bigger Pockets helped inspire me to buy my first multi-family rental. I have added to the portfolio every year since then and am currently investing in small multi's as well as commercial residential. Experience: > Own 15 "buy & hold" units > Self-manage my first purchase in San Diego > Acquiring my RE salespersons license in CA Real Estate Goals: Ultimately working toward approximately 50 units ($9k/mo cashflow) within 5 years. Living in San Diego it is incredibly difficult to find affordable investments so I am investing out of state with particular interest in the Kansas City area. Currently Seeking: Multi-family Buy & Hold investments for cash flow. Potentially one or two more 2-4 unit purchases (+some more experience) before I venture into apartments.
