I've been doing research and learning about real estate investing for years now. I've finally come to a point where I have to start. I'm looking to get into fix and flips as well as rentals. I have two beautiful kids and want to create a good life for them. Time is the most valuable asset we have. I don't want to waste more of my time at a job i hate, making barely enough money to pay my bills. Real estate is the way to create the freedom I'm looking for. It's not about the money, it's about the time.
