I work as a support engineer for a telecommunications company; prior to that I spent 2 years as a home improvement contractor. I am new to real estate investing; my staff and I are currently working on acquiring our first property. Our plan is to use flipping and wholesale to help us build a rental property portfolio over the next few years.
