I am a PhD chemist by training and currently live in Austin, TX where I am a R&D manager by day and a real estate Investor/entrepreneur by night. I am the founder of Hourglass Partners, a company dedicated to providing an unique concept of “A La Carte” deals for investors looking to quickly boost their passive income streams with solid investments in various types of real estate investments that fit their needs. I started with a SFH as a rental 2 years ago and really dove seriously into real estate in 2020. I got tired of the system ("saving” accounts, stock market) and started to look at alternatives to get out of the Matrix: Money should work harder than we do. Today, my main focus is buying commercial real estate, with a focus on value-add multi-family properties. Using my scientific skills, rational approach and being a connector, I have able to quickly develop a solid experience and a network of strong partners in the business, which has allowed him to invest and propose strong opportunities to my investors. I also really enjoy educating and helping people along the way and giving them the opportunity to build wealth through passive investment, so they get back the time they need to do what they love with whom matters the most. I am a hard money lender since 2020 and added 6 deals in 2021 to my portfolio as an angel investor, a limited partner, a key partner, a co-manager, and a capital partner in about 200 units across the US.
