Christian Efseaff

I have a Bachelor's in Business Administration and an Entrepreneurial itch. I started a business that paid for my college, then ran my family's jewelry business for 4 years out of college. I also have experience with in-home sales. I am now investigating markets outside San Diego, namely the greater Tampa metro area (Pinellas & Pasco counties in particular) as I cannot achieve cash flow here due to many factors. I am open to any and all networking solicitations regarding this! My end goal is to have sufficient passive income from a portfolio of rental properties to be able to live off of by age 40. I'm currently 26.
