Cesar Arciniega

I am a California native, born and raised in North County San Diego, and currently living in the San Diego area. An active duty servicemember of 19+ year preparing to transition into real world soon and pursue my passion in Real Estate Investing. Mostly looking into fix and flips and the BRRRR strategy out of the area. I am a licensed agent, Military Relocation Professional certified, assisting buyers, sellers, and investors in the Southern California area with their Real Estate needs. Throughout my career, I have learned the importance of building good relationships with people, continuous self-improvement, and helping people with problem solving. As I venture more into the Real Estate industry with my partner, I am looking forward to building relationships with like-minded investors in this community. I have been married to a beautiful woman and the love of my life, who has been by my side for 19 years now. She and my son give me inspiration daily to continue our growth in all my REI ventures.
