I’m a family man trying to get out of the daily grind! I’ve invested in real estate in Bellflower CA, rehabbed as owner/builder and added an ADU to my prop. I’ve learned a lot through these experiences and looking to invest more. So Cal is a difficult area for BRRRRing but I believe incorporating ADUs to the process can help the numbers make sense. This is one of the few ways to have positive cash flow in So Cal, and add enough value to the property to refi and repeat the process. I’m looking to connect with other local investors seeking similar investment ideas in my area to learn from. My goal is to continue buying property and building ADUs for the next couple years
