I'm 48 year old real estate enthusiast. I'm a life long Cabarrus Co (NC) resident. Its one of the Top 100 fastest growing counties in the nation. I'm an active real estate investors. I'm looking for deals in the Kannapolis, Landis and China Grove area, particularly to flip. I started my own real estate firm, Lantern Realty & Development in 2018. We have quickly become the largest firm in the city of Kannapolis and Rowan County, NC. As of June 2021, we have over 130 agents and 6 offices as well as our SC firm license. I also co-own a Real Estate Investment company, K-Town Homes, LLC. We concentrate on flipping singe family residential housing in the Kannapolis, southern Rowan County area of NC. I'm an investor friendly Realtor® and love to work with active and serious investors. Lastly, I'm a passive income enthusiast. I'm working on adding 7 streams of passive income. Actively working on 4 at this time.
