Chad Hillard II

I am in youngstown, ohio and in need for out of town investors. Over 16yrs ago I needed a job and the only opportunities that I had forced me to start a construction company - Hillard's Builders. With construction and today’s market for a guy like me I've learned to be versatile. I found myself slowly doing more investment properties. Now that's mostly all I do & I am looking for a select few out of town investors to flip properties to keep the work flow. If you have any questions as to what I can offer. If you are interested in having a property renovated or investing feel free to contact me. Look forward to any future endeavors.
