I am an active investor and I know how to help other investors. Most traditional RE Agents don't understand the investment world. As investors, we speak the same language. Personally, I currently prefer property investing in buy & holds, fix & flips and wholesale, but I am open to other real estate investment strategies. I became licensed in order to handle my own buys and sells, but do pick up investor specific RE clients because of this. Currently, I am involved with the local REIA on two levels, (County Chapter and Area Chapter) in the Orlando market and Volusia County. I think you can never stop learning, always improving yourself. I like to encourage ethics in transactions to help keep the investment community healthy.
