Co-Owner of Turnkey Iowa. We started purchasing single family homes in the Des Moines, Iowa area in 2007. We have continued to grow our individual portfolio and have recently started a Turnkey business. We hope to continue to buy and hold properties, and also offer these fully rehabbed and rented properties to investors as a no-hassle investment option.
