Active duty army living in Colorado Springs with my wife and two kids. I am new to real estate investing but I have a lot of experience finding great deals and helping fix and flip homes with family members. I want to get into purchasing rentals and fix and flips in the Colorado Springs area or in areas that have homes under 50k. I am currently stationed at Fort Carson, recently bought my first home, and want to start building my portfolio. I don’t plan on re-enlisting so I will be staying in Colorado Springs. I want to find partners and mentors to help me achieve my goals of becoming a great real estate investor.
