Chad Kamerad

My name is Chad Kamerad. Some background on me. I am 27 years old and currently work for a local coal mine. I feel blessed to have the job i do as it pays well and has helped me achieve some of my goals. I have been involved in Mine rescue, firefighting, and EMS for the last 8 years. I am a leed EMS instructor as well as a CPR instructor. Those were goals i worked hard for several years to achieve. I do not wish to be a coal miner for the rest of my life. As much as i apreciate the lifestyle it affords us, i really love real estate and want more for our lives. My wife is an amazing driven woman who built her own business when her field had no work in the area. She is a music therapist (MTBC) and has her own practice serving developmentally delayed children as well as mentally disabled persons. Together we make a great team and feel that investing in real estate is the next step to achieving our financial goals. This is something i have wanted to do all my life and now we have the means (and certainly the drive) to do it. We hope to be successful and to someday pay it forward to society and to those in need.
