Chad Lewis

Hello! I'm Chad, a newbie investor in the Rohnert Park/Sonoma County, CA area. I'm 27 and currently working for Disney Streaming Services as a Software Engineer. While I absolutely love my job, I have caught the real estate "bug" and am committed to learning and saving as much as possible over the next year to 18 months to get started on my journey to financial freedom. As of now, my plan is to start with a live-in flip or a small multi-family property (likely a duplex or triplex) and scale up from there. What's my "why"? My "why" is: peace of mind, security, freedom, and serenity. I don't intend to quit my day job, but I want the freedom to know that I'll be secure regardless of the status of my traditional employment.
