I am looking for buy and hold real estate, sfr's, multi-family, and even smaller commercial rentals. I would love to connect with wholesalers in my area and other investors. Experience: 25 years of building, remodeling, buying, selling, fixing, etc. I have done everything from sell mobile homes to design, build, and sell custom luxury homes. I have done a bit of everything except own commercial real estate. Real Estate Goals: I currently own 16 doors spread across 4 properties. My portfolio currently contains 2 single family homes, 1 duplex, and a 12-plex that I just recently purchased. My current goals include forcing appreciation on the 12-plex so that I can refinance and pull my cash out of the deal. Currently Seeking: Any strong deals within 30 miles of my area. Non loanable stuff, fixers, flips, etc. I would seriously consider any multi-family properties. I want to build partnerships with local wholesalers!
