Chad McMahan

Chad has over 30 years experience in real estate investment, including investment/STR specialization as a real estate agent in Sedona, Arizona. Since 2022 he has been in the top 1% of real estate agents in the USA and a "Top 25 Real Producer". He is also the Equity Team owner/manager. The Equity Team is a powerful team of realtors that specialize in investment opportunities, such as STR's. Chad consults for investors, real estate agents, and property managers, regarding market adjustments, cash flow and investment strategy as well as changes to Arizona real estate law. Chad also spends most of the year coaching youth soccer and youth basketball. Giving back to the community and those in need has been an important part of his life since 1994. Since then, he has proudly served others within Arizona every year in various ways. When not working or volunteering, Chad and his wife and 2 sons are often adventuring throughout Arizona; Wildcrafting, camping, hiking, biking, fishing or snowboarding. Chad was born and raised in California.
