Chad Olsen

I am a private trust deed investor and buy and hold real estate investor. My wife and I have a business around these two income streams and are working grow our network and net worth through helping other investors put their money to good use as well as acquire additional rentals for our own portfolio. We are located in the SF Bay Area, do private lending in selected markets, and are currently acquiring rentals in the Indianapolis, IN area.
