Chad Parkhurst

Chad has been involved in all aspects of the real estate business for over a decade. He originally started in property management while obtaining his degree in accounting. Chad started looking after rentals as side business while learning about the real estate world and investing. Chad quickly realized real estate was his passion. ​ After finishing his advanced education in accounting and computer science, Chad began actively investing acquiring rental units and fix and flip rehabs. He learned that being able to leverage his money through proper financing was the key to growing his business. With a successful fix and flip and healthy rental portfolio, Chad now helps others reach their real estate goals through partnerships and purchasing from wholesalers.
