I am a 4 unit apartment building owner and looking to invest in more multi-family deals in a larger scope. I bought my units about 9 years ago, refinanced and bought myself a Townhome to live in. I wish I would have bought more units instead of te Townhome but i wasn't thinking clearly lol. since doing that I have been way to conservative and just letting the 4 unit bring in cash flow but not furthering my portfolio. I am looking to invest in more multi- family units out of state and the the whole property management approach. I have managed my units myself due to the size and proximity of where I live. I do not have much experience with property management or know how to select a qualified company.
