Hello! My name is Chad and I've been flipping and renting homes part time for about 18 years now. Over the last six years I've been investing full time and I love it! I joined Bigger Pockets to learn more about other real estate niches, make useful contacts, hone the skills I do have to step my business up to the next level and offer any advice I am qualified to give. Thanks! Real Estate Goals: I would love to expand my portfolio in the next few years to include more rentals (both commercial and residential) and possibly some land. Making more beneficial contacts is what I hope to improve upon. Currently Seeking: Right now I'm looking for properties in Lehigh, Northampton, Schuylkill and Bucks County that would be good for flipping and/or renting. Depending on what I currently am working on, I would do a cash deal, quick close for the right opportunity. I also would love to work with any reasonable private money lenders looking to take on new investors. Also seeking private lenders to fund more flips. I have the crews, the knowledge and the experience - looking for a good private lender to work with and benefit from one another.
