Chaffee-Thanh Nguyen

I'm a University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign graduate with a Bachelors of Science in Industrial Engineer. I was a certified Project Management Professional with the Project Management Institute for 6 years, and worked in the Corporate world holding several positions including, Manufacturing Engineer, Software Engineer, Project Manager, and IT Business Analyst. For financial planning reasons, I was even licensed as an insurance agent for 4 years (life and health) and took the training for my Realtors License and CFP - which I didn't pursue due as I didn't need them. I transitioned into Real Estate Investing way back in the early 2000's buying and selling in multiple different states. Along that journey, I fell in love with coaching and personal development and transitioned full time into coaching. I'm currently a Business and Success Coach, #1 Best Selling Author (look me up on Amazon.com), and International Speaker. I have worked with, coached, and mentored thousands of students across the country and around the world - primarily with business owners and real estate investors.
