I’m a real estate investor from Pittsburgh PA with over $5m in AUM. My first investment in 2014 was a $22k SFH which my partner and I bought, rehabbed using our last $5k, rented for $950 pcm, refinanced and eventually sold for $50k. Since then I have purchased progressively larger investment properties and as of 2020 am in the market for my second apartment syndication deal.
