About myself
I graduated from Rowan University with a business management degree. I am a licensed/insured GC specializing in modular construction. I built my first house while in college which had 40% equity upon receiving my C.O. This made me realize the potential for profit in real estate. I currently have 5 rental units in NJ and would like to keep growing that portfolio.
