I had some success investing after college between 2002 to 2008. Had a 5 plex, 2 duplexes and 5 single family homes. As Dave Ramsey would say the tide went out and I got caught skinny dipping. The bad taste has left my mouth and I’m ready to get back into investing, with a little more risk management then I had fresh out of college. I have been in the construction industry my whole life, I am currently working for a commercial construction company in Indianapolis.
