Hello! I'm a real estate investor/wholesaler in the Richmond VA, Roanoke VA and Tidewater VA areas. I've been investing in real estate since 2011 when I "house hacked" my first home before knowing anything about the term. My prior career of 10 years as a Mortgage Underwriter lead me to real estate.
