I am really excited about expanding my investment portfolio and looking forward to working with experienced investors who have performed well with out of state markets particularly post-Covid. I recently moved to the UK for work but still solely focused on markets with a lower price point and can allow for strong cashflow in the US and looking to buy my second rental property to use strictly as a buy and hold/cash-flow unit for continued expansion of my portfolio.
