Charles Armstrong

I’m Charles Armstrong, based in Charles City, Iowa. I bring 25 years of construction experience, a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, and a background in carpentry, residential superintendent work, and commercial and industrial construction. I currently teach Building Trades at NIACC. I’m working toward my first investment property in north-central Iowa, with an interest in rental properties, rehabs, and BRRRR opportunities. My strength is understanding what a property needs, estimating repairs, coordinating trades, and managing construction from start to finish. I’m here to learn, build relationships, and connect with local investors, lenders, and potential partners. I’m especially interested in partnerships where I can contribute construction knowledge and project management while building a long-term rental portfolio.
