I am a title attorney with KVS TItle in the Alexandria office. I am an attorney licensed to practice law in Virginia and Washington, DC. I've consulted/represented on L&T, specific performance, earnest money deposit disputes, right of partition, represented owners in AirBnB case by DCRA, partnership agreements, and some zoning cases.
