Real estate has always intrigued me but it hasn't been until now that I've taken the leap of faith. My initial goal is to understand wholesaling and to profit from it, while obtaining my license. My second goal is to build enough money to invest into my own fix and flips. My third is to establish tenants so I can start accumulating wealth Fourth, I'd love to invest into duplexes or apartments...I can continue but I'm sure many of you all know the process.
