Originally born and raised in northern New Jersey, CJ relocated to Pennsylvania to establish roots and raise his family. His commitment to serving others led him to become an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT), working with several emergency service agencies throughout the Lehigh Valley. He also volunteers with Pennsylvania’s Special Medical Assistance Team, continuing his dedication to emergency preparedness and community service. Today, CJ balances his career in emergency management with his passion for real estate at Light House Realty LV, where he assists buyers, sellers, and real estate investors in achieving their goals. He also works with Light House Realty LV Property Management, helping support property owners and investors with their rental property needs. This involvement allows him to bring a broader perspective to real estate, from purchasing a property to managing it as a long-term investment. Above all, CJ is a devoted husband and father of two, as well as a proud pet parent to two dogs and a cat. At the heart of CJ’s business is a genuine commitment to helping people.
