Hi all ! Although I bought my first rental about 10 years ago, I consider myself to be a newbie real estate investor because I made my purchases "the old fashioned way". I currently have several single family rentals but my primary interest is in virtual wholesaling. I am really excited to be able to help those in need of selling their home and those looking for a great deal at the same time!
