Retired in June 2018, was an engineer. Now a MF investor - passive investor in syndications - since 2010 when my wife dragged me to a RE meeting where we found and joined a mentor program*. I had no RE experience and now it's my lucrative hobby. As of Nov 2021: Entered 58 syndications in 11 states (AL, AZ, CO, FL, GA, LA, NM, OH, OK, TN, TX), 24 of those have sold. KP in 5 deals. Currently in about 5200 doors**. * I am a big fan of Brad Sumrok! He has taught us how to become wealthy. ** MF investors boast about number of doors, when they likely own only a small percentage of a deal. Don't be too impressed! I own 5200 doorknobs! Highest percentage was 38%, lowest was just over 0.5%.
