Every since I was a teenager I dreamed of investing in Realestate. I remember driving around looking at houses before ever hearing the phrase driving for dollars. Now I'm 31... I have 4 properties mortgage free. They're not in the best of neighborhoods but my ROI has been great and I haven't had any issues so I love it. Experience: Electrician of 10 years. I've purchased 4 homes and rehabbed 2 of them on my own... with my own cash. I've reached my glass ceiling and after an extensive research period I'm ready to punch it up! Real Estate Goals: My goal is to obtain 100 rentals and live worry free of ever getting laid off again, be able to pay for my son's education with passive income and most importantly leave my children with more then I started with before my time is up. Currently Seeking: I'm searching for opportunities to partner with individuals that can also provide guidance. I've been doing this on my own for 6 years and have made some good decisions but I could have avoided a few mistakes if I had a mentor.
