CJ has been a trusted advisor to his clients and has added value by implementing various tax-saving strategies. CJ has extensive knowledge and work experience with proper entity structuring, acquisitions, and dispositions, 1031 exchanges, cost segregation studies, and transaction structuring. CJ is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in Florida but works with clients across the nation. While CJ gained invaluable experience working for national and large regional firms, there was always an entrepreneurial desire within him to start something of his own.
