Hello! My name is Charles and I am from NYC born and raised in Queens, NY. I graduated with an engineering degree from NYU. I am also a licensed real estate agent and a real estate investor in NYC. For real estate investments, I possess skills in data science and analytics which is great at looking at numbers and can scout cash flow, fix and flip properties really quickly.
