I grew up in the real estate industry with my grandparents and parents. Up until recently, I have focused mostly on commercial property, value-add commercial assets, sale/leaseback transactions, etc. But recently we have been focusing in senior housing (skilled care & assisted living), and corporate housing with a focus on entertainment industry housing.
