I got started in real estate back in October 2012, wholesaling on a very small budget, learning how best to leverage my time to find deals. I ended up getting my Real estate license in May of 2014. The reason behind this was mostly for MLS access, as I had a hard time finding a good agent to work with. I ended up transitioning from wholesaling to working with retail clients. 2016 I left the real estate industry to pursue day trading futures more specifically the treasury markets. I still trade to this day, and love to talk trading. 2018 I have saved my real estate license from expiring, and getting back into the game. More so to build my rental portfolio up. Currently in an inactive status on my license, so this will be updated in the next few weeks. Looking for a good broker to hang my license with.
