I'm a "retired" CPA and Credit Sharing Consultant, and I live in the Palm Springs area of California with my beautiful wife Laurie. Many of my accounting and tax clients were realtors and mortgage companies, so I'm hoping that this forum will keep me informed, and maybe I'll even have something to contribute now and then.
