Hi everyone! My wife and I work in the Film & TV industry in Los Angeles. We are looking to get started in real estate by house-hacking a SFR with an ADU, or in a small multi-family! Eventually we’d like to invest out-of-state to help maintain beautiful neighborhoods and generate cash flow.
