I have retired my real estate license in Tennessee. Early next year I plan to move to Southwest Virginia. This area is developing a tourism industry for ATV riders. Because I have 14 acres in a very rural area near the trails, I have an opportunity to build cabins to be used for AirBnb. There are many obstacles with the largest one being sewages systems. I'm back at Bigger Pockets to see what I can learn about developing my land.
