Wisconsinite, currently living abroad, and investing in real estate to diversify our money. We bought our first rental in early 2017, followed by a second that August. Number three was bought in August 2018, and number four in August 2019. Three are rented, and newest was just listed. We are buying and holding; investing the extra cash-flow into the next property. Avid follower of Dave Ramsey, but not 100%.
