I joined BiggerPockets back in 2016, long before real estate became trendy on social media, and I’ve been immersed in the investor world ever since. Over the years, I’ve helped dozens of investor clients across a wide range of strategies including fix-and-flips, long-term rentals, short-term rentals, and small multifamily acquisitions. I’m a Charleston, SC–based Realtor and small business owner with an investor-first mindset. My role goes well beyond getting a deal under contract. I help clients analyze opportunities, structure acquisitions, and then stay involved after closing to make sure the property actually performs the way we underwrote it. Numbers matter, but execution matters more. Real estate is where everything clicks for me.
