Real Estate Bookkeeper Finally Saying Hello! Hi everyone! I joined BiggerPockets a while ago but never formally introduced myself, so I’d like to do that now. I’m Charmaine Mullings, MBA, MSA, and the owner of Assurance Bookkeeping Solutions LLC, a virtual bookkeeping firm focused on supporting real estate investors. I’m especially interested in property-level reporting, accurate reconciliations, cash-flow visibility, tax-ready records, and bookkeeping systems that can grow with an investor’s portfolio. I’m currently building my firm and hope to learn directly from investors about the financial-management challenges they encounter.
