I’m a real estate investor, builder, and Principal Broker of Chase Calhoun Real Estate, a full-service brokerage and property management company serving Central Arkansas. I also own Apex Professional Construction, a licensed general contractor and unlimited commercial builder focused on build-to-rent (BTR) developments, turnkey investor projects, and new construction rentals. Over the past several years, my team and I have completed over 100 heavy rehab and new construction projects, and I currently own a portfolio of 75 rental units, ranging from single-family homes to 12-unit multifamily properties. We’re also partners in a 200+ unit self-storage and commercial redevelopment and actively developing an 86-unit BTR community. My passion is helping investors build long-term wealth through quality construction, strategic acquisitions, and strong property management.
