I've been investing and Flipping Foreclosures for about 30 years.. I'm the broker/owner of Gray and Associates properties in Miami Beach, a licensed title agent, and also a general contractor. I mostly purchase foreclosures from the courthouse auctions for flipping and a few for buy and hold, and also buy non-performing notes. I'm currently splitting my time between Miami Beach Florida and White Haven PA. I'm working on properties in both locations at most times also invest in PG County and Baltimore City MD Experience: Yup.. 30 years worth. I know real estate, foreclosures, bankruptcy laws, the mortgage business, most things about the title/settlement business and also tax sales. Pretty much everything except wholesaling (Never really interested me) Wanting to learn more about commercial development (Shopping centers and single tenant properties in particular) Also, interested in learning more about commercial and multi-family value add properties. Currently Seeking: Deals in P.G. county Maryland or in Miami Dade county Florida. If you have a great deal and need a money partner let me know. My partnership deals usually work in that you would bring the deal I'd put up the funds and at the end we would split the profits 50/50. Deals need to generate at least a 20%-30% total return in less than a 6 month period based on realistic comps. Also, open to investing outside my comfort areas of MD and FL if the deal makes perfect sense.
