Own a property preservation business, maintaining bank foreclosed houses. Also own SFH rentals and a commercial rental. Experience: I have approximately 303 rental units, from SFH up to a 71 unit. I also have 40 acres I'm developing into some residential lots and a 36k SF office building. I also own and operate a business that maintains foreclosed homes across the US.
